Meet Lauren Manganiello

Lauren Manganiello, MS, RD, CSSD, RYT is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in Sports Nutrition, Disordered Eating, Disordered Eating in Sport, Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport or RED-S, Body Image Counseling and Mindful Eating. She is also an Adjunct Professor at New York University (NYU).

She combines the science of sports performance nutrition with a therapeutic counseling approach to heal relationship with food and body, fuel for sport, and improve athletic performance.
